Meal 3
5 ounces extra lean turkey, lean steak
3 oz sweet potato
1 cup green vegetable
½ tablespoon Olive oil
Meal 4
5 ounces of fish, chicken, turkey, lean steak
2 cups lettuce
1 cup green vegetable
